Just get a can of compressed air and blast it? (Hold the fan when doing so)

This. They are cheap and very useful when cleaning any pc part, sometimes you dont even need to take them out of your pc ( i still recommend you do )

Winning an argument with a woman step by step

step one - talk to her

step two - fight with her for 2 hours even if you are really right

step three - admit that she is right for the sake of your safety

step four - realize that you have accomplished nothing and she still thinks you were wrong and now she thinks you are even more stupid

Wow, then to the original question: you cant open the screws? It might be designed that way tho with the springs on the screws

you've got to pop the round washers off the bottom of  the screws to get it apart.

You will have to remove the retension washers on the bottom of the screws so that you can pull the screws out, but you will want to be careful if you do it because they can sometimes be easy to damage, and I doubt you will be able to find replacements. You should still be able to use the cooler even without the retention washers, but anytime you take it off the fan will be loose, so it's your call.

just blow really really hard, don't breath in the dust, and give it a little to cool in case you accidentally spit all over it
