Most enlightening GTX 1080 video so far!

I've been consuming as much as I can with regard to the 1080 and the 1070. I have to say this video has been the most informative to date! Cuts through a lot of the marketing chaff...

We won't know anything until the benchmarks hit, and we won't know if ether is worth buying until AMD shows it's hand.

Yeah I love Jay's work. I watched this within the hour it came out and nearly cried looking at the precarious stack of very expensive GPUs ha!

Personally I'm hoping AMD will bring something special, more than likely I'll upgrade in '17 with Vega. I have a 1440p Freesync monitor so Pascal would be a bit of a waste; even if a 1080 can run 1440 @ 120+fps I don't want screen tear ever again!
