Well the 2gb would explain the draw distant issue. I am trying to show you that you only have one or two problems and the others can be easily explained

I can actually post a video of shivering in both WT and Fallout 4. Texture flickering is especially bad in Fallout 4. But that means using the GFE, and I don't like it. So the only way I'll put that crap on my computer to show you video is if we stop all this "one of us" bull shit. We're all gamers here.

 

Oh, and the issue with Fallout 4 has been the same through 2 motherboards, 2 CPUs, 3 graphics cards, and two drives. Including a HHD and SSD.

How the hell did this get to 25 pages? Just... why? A lot of this has just been pointing out rendering inaccuracies as a result of how freakin' computers work, and calling it a troubleshooting issue. Not to mention pointing out things such as in DS3 and TW3 and so on, that are a product of "optimization" and LOD switching to boost performance.

Thanks for posting this. Unfortunately you are experiencing a severe case of filter malfunction. As you can see in the first pic the filter is not being applied at all (You should see a tinted rings of green and red) and in your second pic you are having severe jagged edges. Don't get me wrong, it should look jagged when you lower the bias however yours in more jagged than usual. Technically the first ring should be smoother than that. 

 

Can you post a screenshot of your nVidia Profile Inspector settings?

I never touched Nvidia Inspector since probably 3 months and 10 Windows reinstallations. Its not on my Computer. Its somehow possible that its still applied on my computer?

Hello, this is our solution list

 

SOLUTIONS:

 

1. Ups + Stabilizer - we discovered this "solution" from a youtube comments and we cant just trust them but if this is really something about the electricity then it this might solve our issue

 

2. SSD/HDD - even though we know this wont work and this only have a 0.1% possibility that might fix these issues but i think this will fix the low draw distance or the low rendering system we are facing right now or if not then just for speeding up games

 

3. New PC PARTS - i know some of you have done getting a new pc but no luck.. but this might do for some people

 

4.New House, New Location - im possibly sure this is a SOLUTION! i heard people going out of town and bringing their pc's with them... i know it sounds weird or sh*t but it is not the point here.. it means this is a electricity problem.. i mean the wiring in our house must be damaged or some sh*t... there is a possible little chance that this might not work and that means it is occuring because of the hardware.. but im sure this do but hell nah i dont have the money to buy a rest house or a new house

 

5.Buying completely new pc and new room in your house - this might do and if doesnt then the thing is this is really a electricity problem..

I have an i7 6700k.

 

hey try this (for testing purposes):

 

Set "Antialiasing - Transparency Supersampling" to any of the Sparse Grid Supersampling settings.

Set "Texture Filtering - Driver Controlled LoD Bias" to Off

Set "Texture Filtering - Negative LoD Bias" to Clamp

Set "Anisotroping Filtering Mode" to "User-Defined / off"

Set "Anisotroping Filtering Setting" to x8 or x16

 

Then try a game like witcher 3 or something AAA. then come back and tell us the results.
