Samsung now lets you withdraw money from ATMs in North Korea and Nathalie Oestmann, who is one of the Samsung executives in charge of Samsung Pay; she stated during the company’s developer conference that Samsung will be expanding its mobile-payments service to the following countries this year.

• Singapore
• Spain
• UK

I have a feeling that I won't be able to use it with any ATMs near me in the next few years, a lot of those things are running ANCIENT stuff.

Yep the service was launched in South Korea on August 20th, 2015 and in the United States on September 28th of the same year

 

Its advantage is that it simulates the signal produced by a card using aka practically all Debit and Credit cards with a chip so it can be used any where that accepts tap to pay
