what is the 2 bar battery icon on my pc case usb port? is it some charging port for faster charging or ?

The quick charge port icon is usually something like this:

I never saw one with battery icons.

Kinda sounds like type-C port which you could use to charge laptops battery. But thats just pure guess. Laptop model or pic would help here.

It's probably, and this is just a guess, one of those ports that charges your phone whether the laptop is on or off. Try it and see?
