Corsair air 540 heatsink

On the corsair website it says max cpu heatsink height for air 540 is 170mm.

I want to get the phanteks ph-tc14pe heatsink with height 171mm.

 

So does this mean that because of 1mm I cannnot use this heatsink, or will barely fit?

 

If it cannot fit can you recommend me either a better case or another heatsink that will fit, and doesn't look like crap like nhd14.

scythe mugen? this cooler will not fit, and removeing a mm from it is not recommended

This guy managed to put the heatsink in silverstone ft02 which says max height should be 165mm.

So 1  mm here should be okay?
