Is the 2023 Corsair HX1000i ATX 3.1 compatible?

I've a recently bought HX1000i (SKU: CP-9020259-IN) which was advertised as ATX 3.0. It came with a 12VHPWR cable (2x8-pin on PSU end & 12+4 pin on GPU end).

I read on HWBusters' site that ATX 3.0 PSUs with 2x8-pin connectors on PSU end were ATX 3.1-compatible provided they already came with the updated PCB header on the PSU side that allows for 0-watt state, and that many makers already did this but still marketed as ATX 3.0 due to business reasons. Now, I just found a HX1000i listed on Corsair's site with the same SKU no. & everything, but now labeled as ATX 3.1:

Can anyone tell me if my HX1000i already had the 3.1-compatible PCB header? And if I now buy a GPU with the new 12v-2x6 header I can fully take advantage of ATX 3.1 features including the 0-watt state?

I think in general you need a 12V 2x6 to use an atx 3.1 cause thats their main connector difference
