Best $2000 Gaming PC Build?!

So, im building a new Skylake PC (Intel and Nvidia) for around $2000. For games, editing (youtube/streams), and etc. I already built a new pc a few months back but im giving this to someone and building a new one. So $2000, no keyboard/mouse, only pc itself. OR maybe alittle under $2500 with a monitor (i would like a 1440p monitor is possible). PCPartPicker would be nice to see better if so.

Thank you :)

well I run a 6600k which is the little brother of the 6700k. Firstly the chip he recommended is a beast a great cpu. A lot of reviews I have seen they seem to love skylake as its cooler for a start as the voltage regulator has been moved back to the mobo. Plus its the latest socket set so you know its going to be round for a while yet so gives u plenty off room too switch out your cpu in the future if u want to upgrade again. the gpu he chose is a monster a great card if not slightly expensive but that's always up for debate.

well, im already planning for a GTX 980ti. Just figuring out what CPU. the thing is i heard that the CPU he recommended was a 6 core 12 thread but they are alittle weaker than the 6700k, which has 4 cores and 6 threads i believe

This is true and there is some good OC on the 6700k too. its 4 cores 8 threads on the 6700k. IM just drawing together a list of parts then u can compare and see what fits your build. I'm in the uk so remember to do and exchange rate convertion.
