Yeah, my 290x get 8.6 in this test.

People say your card runs hot

what about if you just playing games in 1080p 60fps

what type of temps do you get

do u frame limit the card in crimson, or do it by vsync,,or both?

77c-80c with 31c ambient is ok temp for me. Clocked at 1080/1625 with -13mV.

No i don't use Frame limit or Vsync. I mostly play in Borderless mode so i don't need Vsync.

I suggest you don't use Crimson Frame limiter because it will throttle Fury like mad, use frame limiter in MSI Afterburner instead.

Re run again or something. Sometimes benchmarks get weird runs.

i run also custom... underload fanspeed is around 52-55%

anything more than that is too loud.

I'm sincerely curious as to whether VR in the first few iterations of it will make a difference in the style of games (FPS) that I like to play.  Certainly with looking around, but playing long, drawn out FPS matches while standing, turning in place, running in place(?), etc would start to get very exhausting.

I could see this being a big deal for flight and space sims or games though.  Without those silly hand-held controllers, of course, but with a stick, throttle, and rudder.
