How to tell if peak power draw is higher than psu amount

so i have a corsair as 1500i running at 1300 watts.

How do i tell if the PEAK power draw is higher than 1300 watts?

 

specs,

3 drives

i7 5960x

dual 390x.

kraken x41

kraken x61

g10 bracket,

7 fans,

64 gb ram

godlike gaming mobo

cd drive

If the peak power draw is higher than the PSU can supply then the computer will either be unstable or it will shut down to save the components.

I used to be quite active here.

Your build shouldn't be using 1300w, not even close, so I don't think the PSU is the problem.

It you exceed your max wattage it should shut down, but how the hell are you using 1300W? No way in hell should you be using that, that setup be fine with a 850W if I'm not wrong. 

The ability to google properly is a skill of its own.

pc turns off like 3 seconds after running unigne heaven/valley

gpu one is 30c, cooled by g10 & x41(thats not the problem, already isolated hat)

gpu two is stock

cpu is kraken x61

unstable? defective?
try increasing voltage and lowering clock speed and mem clock

Why?...

Try lowering the clock speed. May be a bad card though.

So you tried one card and it was fine. Tried the other card and your system crashes/shuts down? Then I would say you have a dying card. Send it in for RMA.

its the gpus,

cpu doesnt crash in cinebecnh.

isolated gpu crashes in valleyy and cinebench

Both cards? Maybe it got damaged when you moved it?
