All depends on the card and depends on luck. We can't tell you.

Cap FPS to your refresh rate and coil whine is gone

Literally nothing with my G1 GTX 970, its perfect, overclocked nicely too

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Don't get asus, bad ASIC quality, but if you don't plan to Overclock then it's fine.

Evga or Msi personally, but if you are willing to get a 970 unless you need shadowplay or CUDA (currently under developed AIDS) then get an R9 390 from sapphire.
