What's on your wishlist?

R001

about ram having to be the same brand, that's not really true I have 2x 4gb kingstons 1333 MHz and 2x 1gb corsair vengeance 1600 MHz ram chips running fine all overclocked to 1600 MHz, no instability what so ever, same goes for the computers my friends have, they all got mixed ram as they upgraded in time. I've even went as far as to mix my 4gb and 1gb chips into each channel so I have 5 gb ram in channel A and 5 gb ram in channel B.

as for the 6 GB/s sata ports, that sucks however I still think you'll notice a difference even on 3 GB/s get a cheap SSD and just test it out since you're buying from america you're saving quite a load especially in SSD prices (compared to where I'm from anyway)

and then for the graphics card, please do not take a 1gb card as you will regret it sooner than you think.

Yeah it can be done but I'd be taking a risk here and might end up with 4GB again, I found these to be good enough as higher than 1600 need OC mode in the Motherboard http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231416&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=6146836&SID=cet0jratfgjt

For the SSD I was looking at 120GB SATA II models, silly me SATA III is even better in price, this is the best I found http://www.amazon.com/120GB-Notebook-Installation-sata_6_0_gb-MZ-7TD120KW/dp/B009NHAFBA/ref=sr_1_5?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1378223721&sr=1-5&keywords=SSD

For the GPU, OK point taken :)

A 2nd HD 7950 (newegg)

Isn't the GTX 680 boost mentioned by Cryptonite better considering it's price and have similar performance ?

Edit: Sorry he mentioned GTX 650 not 680

I used my music headphone for PC, I don't use mic, if I want to have a mic too I might look at Logitech like G35 or SteelSeries Siberia V2, based on reviews they seem to be good.

I've got a pair of Skullcandy Heshes that I use most of the time (music, gaming alone, movies, ect.), other than that I have a 2 y/o pair of Turtle Beach X12's I use for Razer Comms/games

This. I need the graphical horsepower and I like Nvidia's software. My case is messed up and does not properly fit my radiator, and my power supply cost $20, so you can guess that someday it will catastrophically fail.

what kind of case do you have that is messed up?

It's a BitFenix Shinobi. I tried to mod it to fit a 240MM radiator and I chopped up the plastic on the top and ruined the sheetmetal on the top. The rad is held in by 6/8 screws, and one fan tilts because of that.

I checked the Samsung 840 EVO, almost same price of the non-EVO and a lot better write speed, this is a must, thank you.

It crossed my mind that they might be offering the amp because these headphones have a problem but the feedback is very good, I still intend to read more reviews, if I find anything I will pm you.

If you are asking in general well you might need it if you have a motherboard like mine, I don't get high volume in "some" songs even at max, I never had sound volume issues with the my last board, It could come handy for other headphones, systems you have (laptop or mp3 player), the offer has the same price unless you found a better offer without the amp?

Any idea about the headphone/ear cap size of these headphones? (my last Audio-Techinca was painful to wear for more than 2 hours), this is my biggest concern, maybe it is the standard size in the Japanese market?

Last week I found the ATH M50 for $120 but I guess the price went back up. My mother board built-in sound card is pretty good though. I do plan on upgrading in the future though. Part of my "wishlist".
