So if im not trying to go past 60 degrees i should pay attention to OHM

Well more like as quiet as i can get it. im ordering some NF-F12's later today to help with temps as well as noise. And it will be in  a H440 with noise dampening stuff

@Benji_w so just to be sure (I overly check things because i am confused easily #ADHD) so Overdrive tells me how many degrees until i reach the MAX temperature and OPen Hardware Monitor tells me what my current temperature is right?

Yep, that's correct.

ok thanks. Ive got it at 4.4Ghz and am riding at a max of 62 degrees averaging 61.5

What would you say should be my max temp? If noctua fans will drop my temps by like 3 degrees then i could go 4.5Ghz at 70 degrees

as soon as you start going over 63c with these cpu it starts getting unstable.

ok. Mines maxing at 64.5 so would that make it stable if i get noctua fans since they will keep it cooler?
