difference between ASRock Z97M Pro4 and ASRock Z97 PRO4

what is the difference between those two motherboards they seem identical accept for the m part does anyone know what this means. also are asrock boards reliable (i have only worked with asus boards)

Z97 Pro4 is ATX and Z97M Pro4 is M-ATX

BOINC Setup:
i5 7200U @ Stock

Core2Duo T6600 @ Stock

i3 2330M @ Stock

i5 3210M @ Stock

They're different form factors, but otherwise aimed at a similar premium point. AsRock boards are perfectly fine.

If you make a post contradicting mine that doesn't directly address my claims, or cites 'facts' without evidence, I'm probably not going to bother responding to it, because you probably didn't bother reading my post properly, and because life is too short. It doesn't mean I don't have an answer for you. It means I'm not dignifying you with a response.
