What so you literally just rang them and asked them if there was anything they could do to get you your SSD and they just gave it to you? I tired that on the live chat and it didn't work :(

Guys I've spoke to 3 guys on live chat one being a supervisor and rang 2 and got nowhere with the guys on live chat you can't give the same sort of angry customer act over text with ringing them the first was willing to give me what I wanted but didn't no they still had it in stock under a different name and I presumed she was right when she said it wasn't in stock and only checked after (my bad there) and the second I got nowhere with and they kept trying to argue that because It didn't have the exact same name it was different but said she will ring me tomorrow about it when she has more information on it but until she calls tomorrow I'm going to keep ringing because I think if you get the right person on the phone you can get it sorted out I doubt it will work over live chat they all ended the session when I was still asking for help

End Chat

You are now connected to Pankaj from Amazon.co.uk

Me:I had ordered the "Samsung MZ-7TD250BW 250GB 840 Series Basic 7mm Ultraslim Solid State Drive"http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00E...(See full link) but it has now disappeared from my "My Orders" page - Order No - Is there anything I can do to get my SSD?

Pankaj:Hello, my name is Pankaj. I will be glad to help you today.

Me:Order No is : xxxx

Hey Pankaj

My name is Liam, nice to meet you.

Pankaj:Hi Liam, I will be glad to help you today.

Me:Great

Pankaj:I have checked that this is available on your orders page but now it is cancelled.

Me:Why has it been canceled?

Is there anything I can do it get the order back?

If something could be done that would be great

Pankaj:Please allow me a couple of minutes while I check this for you.

Me:Ok thank you very much for your help and time

Pankaj:Thank you for waiting.

I'm sorry that you feel aggrieved with our decision not to accept your order for the "026-5666923-8263526".

We do genuinely regret having made this mistake and apologise again for the inconvenience you have experienced.

Me:So there is absolutely nothing that can be done?

Pankaj:If something could have been done in this case, I’d have definitely done it for you.

Me:Ok then

Pankaj:Due to a pricing error all orders for this item have been cancelled.

I'm really sorry for the inconvenience caused by this.

Me:People have been getting there order re-done.

By phoning and asking

Pankaj:As you know that this item is no longer available with us.

Me:It is available, just its under a different name and price

namly http://www.amazon.co.uk/Samsung-Series-...(See full link)

There are many people who have been asking over the phone for there order to be re-submited and they have gotten there orders dispatched at the original price (£47.90)

Pankaj:But your order item was different.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00E...(See full link)

Me:MZ-7TD250BW

Pankaj:Please check the link.

Me:Its the same model.

It's exactly the same item

Just under a slightly different name

Item model number MZ-7TD250BW

From the product information on http://www.amazon.co.uk/Samsung-Series-...(See full link)

So both the links are for the same SSD.

Pankaj:That is a different product is available since 12 Oct 2012 on website.

Me:Its the same product, the SSD is the same one on both pages

Pankaj:It was a Different ASIN with this item.

Me:Just the pages where created at a different date

It shouldn't matter if its a different ASIN. Both the links are for exactly the same product and the product is in stock.

I feel the order should be honored because the item on both pages is the same product and its in stock and ready to be dispatched.

Pankaj:You can place an order with this product.

Me:I have already placed an order for that product.

But it was canceled

Even though you have the product in stock.

Pankaj:Ok I can place the order again for you at the original price

Me:At £47.90?

Pankaj:Yes, as a one time gesture

Me:Ok that would be great, thanks for all your help

Pankaj:You will receive an email shortly confirming the order, is there anything else I can help you with?

Me:No thanks, bye.
