yeah I never rang them I went on the option for them to call me but after speaking to a few people I think they may have put me to someone higher making it more difficult to get this sorted glad you got yours though

Yeah I know it's really strange the chat people pissed me off so much they kept copy and pasting the same things to me over and over again when I kept saying not to and they were quite rude really and made it pretty clear they didn't care before they ended the chat

Okay so I really don't know what to do now I've rang up several times and they keep telling me there is nothing that can be done and I've has a few 20 minute calls with them and they keep telling me the same thing there must be something I can do if two people have got this for the original price surely there is someway I can get that too

I have done that I even asked to speak to her and they just ignored me and got someone random to call I will try again tomorrow they have really irritated me they keep lying saying no prices have been honored

My way of saying im pissed. On another forum its some threading quote. You say you are gonna unsub for the stupidest reason, you dont actually unsub. Its just a bit of fun. Im kinda pissed that their customer services area didnt help me at all. They basically said its in the terms of conditions.
