First computer build, Need a lot of Help

This is my first time trying to build a computer and I need a lot of help. A few thing i will be doing on the computer are 3d rendering, a little bit of gaming, and coding(when I finally learn it). I also need a keyboard and monitor.

1. Budget & Location
I live in the USA and hoping to stay between $1000 - $1200.
2. Aim
3d rendering, a little bit of gaming(steam games like robocraft and tera), and coding(when I finally learn it).

3. Monitors
Nothing smaller then 15.5" inches please

4. Peripherals

I also need a keyboard and monitor.

@jimakos234  do you know if i can put a dvd/blu ray player in the case? And I would be using a windows operating system, is that good or should I look into a different operating system
