I think he is.

If you don't have it, you can download GIMP for free and just open the gif in there, and you can edit each frame.

I would like to learn how to edit .gif frames with GIMP. No clue how to do that.

Don't know if that's even possible on GIMP, but in case it is... Awesome.

Never trust my advice. Only take any and all advice from me with a grain of salt. Just a heads up.

  1. Open Gimp
  2. File
  3. Open
  4. Select your gif
  5. Edit whatever frame by selecting the layer in the layers window
  6. File, Overwrite the original copy or Export As
  7. If Export As, *InsertNameHere.gif*
  8. Export
  9. As animation and whatever other settings you require
  10. Export

Just that? I thought there were also frame timings (?) included (setting how long will one frame show before switching frames)...

I need to look more into this.

Never knew about that. Though have never edited .gif files in GIMP because I never know how to do so...

Learn something new every day... Thanks.

John Carpenter's The Thing

Not a huge fan of the movie but I like it, and the poster I've been using as my account pictures for years.
