Posted November 17, 2015 I want to upgrade my gtx 770 and 1080p monitor to a new card or cards and a new 4K monitor for around $1400 and be able to play Fallout 4 at 30FPS in 4K. Posted November 17, 2015 One 980ti is not really enough honestly. Especially if you plan on throwing graphics mods at it. Even at 2560x1440 I have consistent drops to 40.
