Guys if we crowd fund it, can we get him access to a Russian nuclear submarine?

I was DDOSed during the summer. I talked to my ISP and he told me to unplug my router for 72 hours to obtain a new MAC Adress. The DDOSer couldn't find me after that.

Remember to drink water!

My isp told me unplug my router for 15 seconds.
