hey guys , in gta 5 while using fraps my fps rating is constantly 60 , why ?

i am using a hp 22 xw ips monitor .

i am using fraps to show fps but the rating is constantly 60 . why is it like this ? is it because of my monitor ? i have a r9 270x and it should go better in recommanded default settings .

fraps only records at 60fps

also turn off vsync

turn vsync off and make sure this is unchecked

well max 60 if you use abpreset..
