looks like mini pcie, but it might actually be m.2...although I haven't seen an m.2 wireless card, but you'll also need antennas for it. It's probably easier/cheaper to just get a normal desktop wireless card.

If you're planning to use that in your PC, you also need to get antennas on that thing (see two nodes on the upper left corner?)

 

Also that looks like mini PCI-E with a cutout.  don't listen to me

The centered screw indicates an M.2 slot, looks like with E- and A- keys.

This is what I thought. Everyone like "its a pci-e" and i'm like waaaaaaaaaaaaa...?

its a wireless card, you can tell by the two conncecter on the top right of the card, its where the antennas connect 

Wireless card isn't the form of connector....that's just functionality that the the card happens to handle.
