Gtx 570 for $65 worth ?

Im currently using my hd 4600 igpu and I'm wondering if its worth upgrading to gtx 570.

Honestly that's not a bad deal being that it is around the same horsepower as a 660 which does okay at 1080p games nowadays

another question: Im currently using i7 4790 not k, is it ok to put old gen. graphics card to it ? I mean will it not bottleneck it ?
