Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen is coming to PC

Bouzoo

I know many, many people have asked for this and it's happening on January 1 2016. I'll admit, I haven't played this neither I know many people that I did, but It's been on my radar for some time now, especially when the director is the same guy that worked on Devil May Cry 2, 3 and 4, and now I'm definitely gonna pick it up.

Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen consists of the original Dragon's Dogma, all of its DLC, and some extra content including a new zone called Bitterblack Isle and new items and quests. Since this is on PC, it should look nicer than the console version, and it'll have full Steam support.

It's due out in January next year.

Price?

As of January 2016, the epic fantasy action-RPG Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen will be available on Windows PC for $29.99 / € 29.99 / £ 24.99, with full Steam platform support

Doesn't seem to be expensive, considering you get everything there is to get about that game. I can already see the New Year's resolution of few people.

It's good that more games are coming on PC. It's a shame Japanese developers have a tendency to have bad ports.

Capcom's ports based on MTFrameworks games tend to be good.

I couldn't get into this game on Xbox 360 but maybe someday the price'll be right on PC and I'll give it another shot. A lot of my friends do rave about it.

On my Xbox 360 I rarely had dips in framerate and only if I had two Sorcerer's firing massive AoE spells at 10 Guard enemies

Sweet.

Played it on console and really liked it but the load times and framerate were awful.

I've been wanting to replay it for some time but the performance issues has actually kept me from starting it up again.

Yes! This is great news! I really loved Dragon's Dogma (even if the voices in battle got annoying).

If this turns out to be a good port, I'll buy it after it releases. I had this momentarily for PS3 before buying PS4 and never really got a chance to play.

The game is built on MT Framework, which for every game that has been put on PC has 60 FPS framerate and better graphics than its counterpart.  DMC4 is one of the best examples of a good port, ignoring the shit controls.

I played the shit out of this on my PS3 in its cinematic sub 20 FPS fights, I am so glad it's coming to PC.  Dragon's Dogma Online american announcement when?

A shame that since it's Dark Arisen version, it won't have the AMAZING THEME MUSIC from B'z
