There is no way to enter any username/password on to the website therefore it is not possible to get phished.

well u need to sign in into steam ...

It uses steam to sign in, if you are already signed into steam it will have a login button instead of a username and password box and it is all done on the steam website. As long as you see the green Valve Corporation https certificate you will be fine. (If not then it is actually a phishing site)
