The motherboard has no A-RGB headers.

What happens if it has no rgb headers, will the rgb on fans not work?

The case product page has an image that suggests the case has a simple controller. There is a front panel button to cycle through effects.

cpu gpu mobo ssd and psu upgrade whilst keeping it new except for the used 6700xt/6800 and its definitely worth it compared to some shitty 6650xt or 7600 youd get new
