How do I make money

Get a job?

I don't know what laws are in effect in your state, but where I live, you can get a retail job when you are 14. 

Adn even if that is not a possibility, you could always be a dog walker or mow the lawn for people.

1) Wait until you're older to get a job.

2) Find friends and family who will let you work odd jobs for money. 

3) Sell some spare stuff you have lying around.

Well, at 14 its gonna come down to odd jobs for friends and family. I'm not sure how labor laws work in Nevada, but I believe you have to be 16 to get a workers permit in most states, that will allow you to have a part time job.

Seriously though,

you can maybe do paper routes or something similar.

I started that somewhat illegally when I was 10 and had saved up somewhere around 5-10k by your age.

This isn't a way to earn money, but rather a way to save money. And it's pretty simple, it's to go through what you spend your money on, and cut off what you could do with out. Cut off the soda and candy intake. Do not spend any money what so ever in convenience stores.

 

As for actually earning money at the age of 14, there honestly isn't much you can do. Make deals with your parents that you'll do the dishes, etc for some money.

meh at 14, you shouldn't be expecting to be making mad stacks.

 

Like everyone else has recommended, look for small jobs to do, and the money will come if you find the jobs

I've already cut out soda completely and I've been slowing down a lot on candy so, save money, try not to spend it..

At that age its very hard to make any serious money. I suggest making deals with your parents (perhaps the garden needs weeds pulled), asking your neighbors if you could mow their lawn (don't ask for too much, a lot of neighbors will pay you to mow their lawns because they want to be a 'good neighbor' but that doesn't make them millionaires), and other odd jobs.

That said, they are in the US, might be different to us on the other side of the planet?

Honestly though, helping out older people? doing the stuff they struggle? Might not be lawns to cut but other ways to help, wash dishes, hoover up etc. Was a good earner by comparison and you are at least doing some good for society too.
