After gym (approx. 2h workout such as treadmill, bench press, dumbbells etc) my body starts aching. Especially the next day...it's like my muscles. I hurts when I move them. Also, during workout I sweat a lot and heart rate goes up drastically; I experience rapid breathing too. Does anyone know why I have these symptoms? Is it serious?

It's called being sore. Progress. Get used to it and power through and you'll see results.

Thanks for the friendly reminder. I really did actually indeed forget it was a tech forum.

Seriously?

What type of forum did you think this was?

After this I'm 99% sure you are trolling... but... don't worry it's completely normal, you will feel better in a day or two.
