locking doors when sleeping?

i do because i dont like listening to sounds from the outside, i also feel like monsters will come and kill me (yes i still am scared of monsters ever since i was 5) i also am afraid that someone will pull a prank on me.

Unless you live in a nice place, where the last burglary was almost 40 years ago, and you have a 130lbs Rhodesian Ridgeback/German shepard mix that sleeps inside. 

 

He's a big puppy though, he sounds like a 500lb monster if you walk up to our gate, but he's just a big puppy who carries around stuffed toys and never stops wagging his tail.

My city has the lowest crimerate in the State of Oregon, and top 10 lowest in the nation. I still lock my doors.

When i'm at home i don't lock my room door cause my mom doesnot like ot when she can't come into my room nonchalantly. When i'm in college, I lock myself in to keep thieves from getting my rig

I had hippy beads on my door for a period of time, my parents took away my door (I was super clumsy and ran into it and broke a solid oak door).. This was when I was 10 or so.
