Posted July 25, 2015 I'm on an R9 280 right now, and I can hold out another year if need be, but only if the performance jump will be bigger than usual. If it's the usual jump as in 680 -> 780 I'll just grab a 980Ti. Is there any indicator that we will get more than the usual jump is game performance? If you have a 1080 monitor I would get the 980ti as nothing will possibly put it on its knees at this resolution for a very long time.
