So I'm looking to make some cash, and I originally came up with this plan with my dad but we couldn't come up with what to buy and sell.

 

So I need some sort of merchandise I can buy off amazon or aliexpress in bulk, and then sell for profit on craigslist and Kijiji. I had originally thought of this literally back in January and I've been smashing my head against a wall ever since.

 

Now if you're wondering why I said aliexpress, it's because people are stupid enough to buy anything where I live.

 

 

EDIT: For those who are going to say, "get a job". I'm not old enough as I'm 15 right now. paper routes don't work out for me since I never get the route.

Someone here tried to do the exact same thing and failed miserably. Merching doesn't work because you're not going to get better than wholesale prices.

Someone here tried to do the exact same thing and failed miserably. Merching doesn't work because you're not going to get better than wholesale prices.

Last summer me and my brother had found a guy who was selling a truck load of Office chairs for $10 ea. We bought a fuckton of them and sold them for profit. Worked out very well.

Last summer me and my brother had found a guy who was selling a truck load of Office chairs for $10 ea. We bought a fuckton of them and sold them for profit. Worked out very well.

How? It's perfectly legal. The office they were originally at closed down so he took them in since it was being torn apart for something else. He sold them, I bought them, and I resold, not like I signed a contract stating I can't sell it or anything.

You'd probably have to buy a massive stock of it in order to make a decent profit from it.

 

Ask around if you can wash their car, or do other little favors. That will work out better for you.

I think he was implying that those chairs were most likely stolen.

And from what you're saying, they technically were. Even if the offices were being torn down, taking things from it, even if it was going in the dumpster, is "stealing".

Best things are cheep tech items. ( quality USB, HDMI, USB chargers. Also, if there are any festivals / carnivals happening, buy some of those led swords / led hats, / sunglasses and sell them for a 5$ markup

Well the guy you bought it from pretty much stole them (unless he was given permission to take them from the owner of the chairs) 

 

Which means you are in possession of stolen property

 

Which I;m pretty sure that if you know that it's stolen, it's a crime. 

 

And you pretty much knew it.

 

 

 

 

So unless he was given the chairs, you're knowingly in possession of stolen goods (or were). Also selling stolen goods is probably a crime too.

Go to goodwill or thrift store, find some "stuff" that would be interesting to restore back to good condition and resell for profit. 

I found many AGP and PCI Express Graphics card there that would be good to buy and sell.

Found a GTX 280 for 7 bucks at Goodwill.
