Just curious. Since I just ordered a steak I figured I'd ask everyone else. :P

I like medium.

"Still mooing" Lol That's how I refer to it :D. I want my meat cooked well done, no, very well done(mooing isn't allowed lol).

Medium or medium well depending on where I go. Some places you say medium well and it comes out medium. Just enough seasoning to give it flavor and not to tough but tough enough where you gotta pull a little bit.

The marbling and fat makes it juicy and wonderful to the palette. The medium rare on top of that makes it even more juicy and savory.

I don't like the texture of it I guess.

Medium rare. So in Reno, there was this 4.99 steak and eggs and turns out it was the best steak i've ever tasted. ok, i admit, it needed a little seasoning, but they cooked it medium rare and it was super tender. that was so damn good for that price.

There isn't an option for how I like my steak. I like it raw in the middle, the consistency of jello. I like other ways too but that's my fav. I won't serve a steak more well done than medium.

Any more and its not even steak.
