But that is after putting a heavy load on the cpu. Which most people will not do. Who uses there phone to render videos?

It overheated while playing vedio, taking photo and playing games too and of was z3+

My OnePlus One still works fine for me. While the Op Two looks interesting, I just can't justify the upgrade so soon. I'm used to a 3-4 year phone upgrade cycle. Maybe I'll look into the Op 3 or 4 when they come out.

I think the OnePlus 2 has a lot of features that really stand it apart, like dual SIM. That alone has me interested, as well as many others.

I agree though, most of my tech items are on 3 year refresh cycles. Except phones. That's, so far, yearly. Just too many upgrades to pass up.

Who the fuck uses their customer service anyway, i get discounts on Verizon anyway.

I'd assume people who use AT&T use their customer service...derrr...

Each phone is the same, you can't except much.

Family member's iPhone 6 has Verizon and didn't come up with bloatware.

At least stop this war, you seem to bash Verizon yet you probably never used it where it's good, compared to ATT.

I hate Verizon because they feel the need to plaster their large logo across their phones. In the most obvious places.

"phones"

Some phones have them on the back or on the front.........it varies on each phone.

But of course this is all subjective. It's all about meeting their needs.

battery needs to be bigger. dont like finger print readers. usb type c is cool. does it have an sd card slot yet? 64gb is nothing. are the video funtions any better on the new camera. the 120fps wasn't great quality.

64gb is certainly not 'nothing'

If the camera and battery life is either similar or better then the One Plus One I'm game but until I know the price I might end up buying only one this time around. Ended up getting 3 One Plus One during the invite system last year because of their screen flicker problems.

i know, when i record video in 4k all that memory gets eaten up instantly. i have had my one plus one a month and a half and i've had to empty the store twice already. i can't wait till they actually make a decent amount of storage in phones like 256gb-512gb.

Why do you record 4k footage from a phone...the sensors are less than ideal for that...

Why is there no option like "I like my current phone and don't plan on upgrading for a while." ?

I love my HTC One M8, and something else will really have to blow my socks off to get me to even consider upgrading. That being said, I don't think the One Plus 2 is the phone that will be the one (haha see what I did there?) to blow my socks off..

I'm not an audiophile, I'm just really picky about my music... and my headphones... and my speakers... and my microphone. Other than that, I'm totally not an audiophile.

I wish they made a nice dual SIM version of the M series, with a nicer camera. If that phone had a nice camera, I think I might be more sold on it.

That, and better battery life. Perhaps a slightly shorter design with a bigger screen, and some shrinking of the dual front facing speakers.

They do look lovely though. I'll be sad if HTC goes bankrupt.

I don't have a need for the dual SIM feature, so I see where that could be a crucial factor when purchasing a phone.

Personally I don't mind the camera. I do have trouble taking pictures up to my tastes, but I just edit it later to make it look the way I expect it to turn out.

As for battery life, I average two days with light use; one and a half with medium use; and only if i'm streaming video for a while, I am able to kill it in a day.

I like your point on the aesthetics of the phone. I have never liked the look of iphones until the iphone 6 came out, but the HTC One M7-M9 all look absolutely glorious in my opinion.

I'm not an audiophile, I'm just really picky about my music... and my headphones... and my speakers... and my microphone. Other than that, I'm totally not an audiophile.
