The best cheap DSLR

I am looking to get into photography with a DSLR and i want to buy one but I have no real prior knowledge with this area of technology. I need the cheapest DSLR you can get without being CRAP.

D3200 or 100D

The 100D is pretty good. It's basically a mini 700D.

yup, that's exactly how you measure how good dslr is.  :lol:

That's usually what I look for when buying a DSLR.... A tiny, cute camera to use with all of my gigantic lenses. xD

If you willing to go used you could get something like a used canon 1D mk ii for about 400 on bandh. They don't shoot video and don't have many of the feature of new camera(like wifi and live view) but are built like a tank and can pound out great photos.

you can get canon camera's like canon T5I

with canon EF 35 mm lens

canon T5I is great for photography or videography

or you can go with nikon D5300

with Nikon 50mm

photographers usally go with nikon

this is the cheapest the i can go without going crap , you can get cheaper but i don;t recommend it

I use a D5200 from Nikon. I spent 600 Canadian dollars (worth quite a bit less than USD) and it came with 2 kit lenses.

 

I would certainly endorse it.
