CPU: not sure.

GPU: probably, possibly. If you bootcamp Windows on it and OC it with afterburner or something. But that OC will not be in your OSX probably.

You might be able to on one of the old monster Mac Pro towers but none of the laptops. They have little to no cooling besides a small fan that barely pushing enough air to cool it.

Generally just leave it alone.
