I'm looking for a site that I can upload a video to. It was made in iMovie.

I can't put it on YouTube because of music that's in it. Hurrah.

However there's a bunch of people that want to see it. It's 5 min long, 400mb file if that matters?

You can still upload to youtube, it'll just put a thing on your video list about the copyright. Take it down after everyone's seen it?

YouTube only bugs you if you monetize the video? Not to sure on this though.

Use Google Drive. Faster upload than youtube and you can view it without downloading.

Do the people watching have to have a Google account of some sort though?

If the song is less then 30 seconds you can use it on YouTube but post it on Facebook (No one else suggested it).

No. Just send them the link (or share it with their google accounts depending on how secure you want it to be) and voila.
