Hi,

So I started doing press ups, and I noticed after a couple of days that my bicep on my right arm is good and soild, whereas I can't even flex my left one. Yes, this is for obvious reasons.

How do I fix this?

MODS IK THIS ISN'T TECH RELATED, BUT THERE'S MORE OFF TOPIC POSTS THAN THIS.

Masturbate with your left arm for a while.

Switch arms during your personal time.

May do

You fap too much.

I know @Gofspar 's schedule, and he's 20x worse than me

the right arm is the dominant one so it will always be stronger

Not THIS dominant

You may want to go to a body building forum instead. This is a tech forum and I imagine most people here don't exercise.

I remember when @Slick had some type of news that was fairly important and he included that gif.

Arent pressups for triceps and chest? But anyway, if you go to the gym for a while, especially doing bench press or curls they will get more even to the point where they are pretty even.

Mostly the right, yeah. Sometimes the left to mix it up. Is once every day or 2 too much?

Explain why there's a bodybuilding thread on LTT then.
