You may want to go to a body building forum instead. This is a tech forum and I imagine most people here don't exercise.

so far for not any prejudices being thrown around in this topic.

May the light have your back and your ISO low.

Yeah they are, but I only noticed the dominance after doing them

Its just one arm is stronger. After going to the gym my right arm had a feelable muscle while i didnt feel anything in my left arm. Now they are quite even

here's a way to bring things back to tech and something that I've been doing for the last few weeks....

keep a pair of weights right by your computer. if you don't have one just fill a 4L milk jug full of water or something and keep it next to your computer.

every time you find yourself casually browsing or using the computer with only your mouse reach down and put in some lifts with that improvised weight

sitting position and having both hands open watching youtube vids is perfect for working on your forearms resting your elbow on your knee and flexing just your wrists with the weights.

I do have a set of dumbells and kettle bells but I keep them in another room and that tiny insignificant barrier of having the weights in another room kills motivation to put in a quick session. the KEY is to have a weight, improvised or not, that STAYS right at your feet by the computer.
