Borderlands 2 is a great game, and hey, if you get it we could play together ;)

Edit: Read that and it sounded kind of creepy. Sorry about that.

Borderlands 2 is well worth it. Otherwise RocketBirds is a fantastic game.

Out of the games you listed I would go for Borderlands 2. It's such a fun game, and it's even better if you can find a few friends to go through it with, it's one of the funnest co-op games I've ever played. It's still great by yourself though, I did my first play through of the game by myself and I had a blast with it.

GTA IV is a really shitty port, I'd stay clear of it, and I've never played the other two games. If I was to recommend another game I'd say either BioShock 1 or Borderlands 1.

Could only vote for one game but either Dishonoured or Borderlands 2, you may what to consider Tomb Raider as its fun and at 75% off atm its worth it if you don't have it

Cry Havoc!

You should get the EFLC rather than the original GTA.
