What is this type of Cinematography called?

Hey Guys,

 

Does anyone know what its called? So, when you focus on a part of a product and shift focus all the way up, so there is a tiny line of focus which moves?

 

Brandon does this a lot in Linus's videos...

B-roll is only the term for the supplementary footage that is added to videos in general. The OP is asking what exactly the technique he described is called. Personally, I have no idea, but I suppose someone on here does

From what I can find, its called tilt-shift. Correct me is I'm wrong though.

It's basically video panning. You can achieve this by using a dolly or camera slider.

no its not, i meant when the camera is still, but you move the focus.....
