Nice! Did you overclock that QX9650 and how bad is the bottleneck? If I remeber correctly the IPC of those 775 quadcores was a bit higher than steamroller, so should be a little bit below the Athlon X4 860k.

Several steps better:

  • Socket modded P5Q Deluxe
  • Xeon X5450 @ 3.5GHz
  • 8GB DDR2 800/1066 (mixture)
  • 240GB OCZ ARC 100
  • 1TB WD Blue
  • GTX 970 G1 Gaming
  • Seidon 120V
  • Dvico fusionhdtv dvb-t dual digital 4 TV card
  • Antect 500B mATX case

So what if its got a big case, just look at the XBONE-which looks worse.

Love it, never seen that motherboard before.

A shadowy flight into the dangerous world of a man who does not exist.

Took me forever to find it on ebay. One of few LGA 775 mini itx boards thats compatible with QX9650 and allows overclocking. Got super lucky.
