Hey guys,

 

I'm new to the forums, but have been watching all the YouTube stuff for a long... long time.

 

I figured I'd join up and become part of the community.

 

 

A bit about myself:

 

I'm a Junior at Wentworth Institute of Technology where I study Computer Science with a minor in Networking. I'm a Systems Administrator/Linux Admin full time while in school, and that's what I plan on doing for a career. I'm also a programmer, fluent in a number of different languages.

 

I enjoy music, working out, eating, and relaxing with a cigar or pipe in my free time. Any cigar/pipe smokers in the community?

 

Anyways, here's Wonderwall.

I believe that it can be configured by the admin, though because of the way IPB works it, we're leaving it off for now, otherwise it defaults to following every thread that you post in, which lots of people don't want. That might be changing soon though.

 

Anyway, welcome. Make sure you read the Code of Conduct, though most of it is fairly obvious.

Yeah, the settings will be separated into threads you start and threads you reply to when we update to the next version of the forum software, which we are hoping to do later this year.

As long as you don't go way over the top and/or use them to attack other users, profanities are generally accepted here. However, we don't allow external links in signatures (though feel free to put the link on your profile).
