Question : why are people arguing ?

what is up with the gripe with @CoolaxGaming ?

p.s Mobo is a lga 1150 , so need a cpu that is compatabile with the mobo .

The best Core i7 you can get for your mainboard is the i7 4790k released in 2014. Anything above that one will require a different mainboard.

As said before just search the internet, for example via google.com/shopping.

Yeah i found one of them but one chap  in the forums was saying that all the other I7 cores that iv found are made in 2012 .

now you might say : '' whats the big diffrence ? '' well i belive , when it comes to hardware , 3 years can count as a decaid in the industry .

tech is like a wild fire , speds faster and grows bigger faster than i can finnish pewberty .

There is nothing newer than i7 4790k or 5960X on the market now. Not until Broadwell or Skylake desktop chips hit the market. Whether the chip is made in 2012 or 2014, i7 4790K is i7 4790K.

Moreover, i7 4790K and 5820K, 5960X were released in 2014. Intel does not make money by storing the chips 2-3 years in the warehouse.

Well doesent it not have the i7 branding and no igpu?

It physicly even has the iGPU, just disabled. Its literally the same chip just some features disabled, others enabled like ecc support.

There are even Xeons with iGPU, the E3-12X5 Chips.
