Him making a tutorial about overclocking a graphics card is equivalent to me making a tutorial on how to troubleshoot vehicular problems(I have no clue what I am doing with cars). I do have sympathy towards those who make tutorials to help others out and receive negative attention because of a few mistakes they make; but when you have no knowledge at all you shouldn't be making the tutorials, you should be viewing them.

I think they are trying to say that its very risky. Ive been in front of a camera a few times and my randomly installed amds zero core technology and goes to sleep.
