I recommend kamashi. Dirt cheap and have 2 personally and 5 in the family. They are built really well.

I like my 16800mah battery bank. But a 10,000 will be small enough to fit in your pocket

The OMaker one looks good due to the dual 2.1A output and it looks the nicest in my opinion as well.

Anker also make quite good ones.

Depends on how big you want it to be.  I carry mine in my bag so I really don't mind the size.  Had it over a year now and have zero issues with it.  It's not the prettiest, nor is it made out of great materials but it does the job perfectly.

I am currently using this one for my Note 2 and GalaxyTAB: TP-Link,

I also like the Anker a lot but it's not as small as the TP-Link

But it's got some bad reviews regarding the capacity and the amp rating sounds sketchy from reviews.

I paid 25$ for this, i used it for 4 months ish, then gave it to to my mom. she uses it every single day because she gets almost no service and her phone gets wrecked. apparenly it still works just as good as when she got it. this was 8ish months

since that 8 months, I got a larger battery. they stopped making the one i use, and now this is it with a slightly larger capacity, same phyiscal size. This lasts me a week with using it every day. I leave it in my backpack so it gets books slammed on it everyday, and dropped ect. Im actually way harder on it then I should be. it has a corner where its missing a small chunk of plastic, it was gashed out, but that kind of comes with it being on the outside pouch of a backpack you throw around for 8 months.

After my experience with Limefuel, I will never buy another off brand or a not so popular brand again. I now have a 20,800mAh power bank from Anker. Absolutely love it.

Looks like you're looking at some cheaper power banks though, so here are some of Anker's cheaper power banks.

13,000mAh ($30) - http://www.amazon.com/13000mAh-Capacity-Portable-External-Technology/dp/B00BQ5KHJW/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1428860023&sr=8-1&keywords=anker+power+bank

10,000mAh ($23) - http://www.amazon.com/10000mAh-Portable-External-Technology-Motorola/dp/B009USAJCC/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1428860023&sr=8-2&keywords=anker+power+bank

16,000mAh ($36) - http://www.amazon.com/16000mAh-Portable-Charger-External-Technology/dp/B00N2T7U90/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1428860023&sr=8-3&keywords=anker+power+bank

5,200mAh ($16) - http://www.amazon.com/5200mAh-Portable-External-Technology-Motorola/dp/B00P7N0320/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1428860023&sr=8-4&keywords=anker+power+bank

This is the one that I have: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00M2ZNGHU/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&m=A294P4X9EWVXLJ&tag=ianker-20&linkCode=as2&camp=217145&creative=399373&creativeASIN=B00M2ZNGHU

+1 for anker. I have their 10K version, as well as some of their cables. I only wish i had heard of them before I purchased a few chargers and other cables....

Amazing build quality, on par with that from other manufacturers.
