Cannot open files recovered. What can I do?

So I accidently deleted most of my files. I used the program call "EaseUS Data Recovery" to recovered my lost files. But the problem is it does not let me open any files, all files I tried to open were corrupted. I try using other program same thing. Can someone help me?

I'm using Windows 8.1
