Windows 7 did not natively support USB 3. You have to use separate drivers for USB 3 in Windows 7. 8.x and 10 support it natively, meanwhile.

I think with Windows 8, USB 3 can transfer data at native speeds which doesn't require additional drivers. I guess USB 3 speeds are capped with Windows 7. I'm not really sure but I remember in their press release, native USB 3 is one of the features in W8.

Have you considered having the desktop somewhere else the electric wall wouldn't be a problem?

PATA = Parallel ATA also known as IDE. Old standard for connections before SATA (Serial ATA) came around.

By no means I'm insinuating that his family would do him harm at all and I really wish he's safe but if in an unlikely event that he got physically hurt, there are people he can talk to. I hope it clears things up ☺

I can't because I bought my car on an installment plan and I can't have those post-dated cheques to bounce because of insufficient funds. Adulthood sucks!

It's a regional variant of Vulpix. Instead of Fire, it's Ice. Ninetales, meanwhile, is Ice/Fairy.

 

It's a new thing in Sun and Moon, regional variants. Vulpix is exclusive to Sun, while Moon gets an Ice/Steel-type Sandshrew.

I remember when I was a kid, whenever I'll interject a conversation of adults, I'll get reprimanded after with them saying "this is a conversation for adults." From then on, I became excited to be a grown up. Now that I am one, I didn't know it would be this hard. But hey, at least I've experienced perks of adulthood like buying beer without them asking for my ID or going to a bar meeting strangers without the bouncer blocking my way.

I had literally that same childhood  Aaaaaand I was sorely disappointed by adulthood as well....
