You know, I quite like the Starbucks VIA instant iced drinks, not necessarily because they're particularly good, but they're not horrible, and are very easy to sneak into a movie theater in a pocket. Bringing my own cup, the water and ice are free, I need just mix the drink in my seat.

Another thing I've been drinking a lot lately is sparkling water. I've pretty much ditched sodas a couple years ago, bit recently wanted something bubbly. The inexpensive price, and no calorie or sodium content to speak of makes these about as close to ideal as possible for something more substantial than water alone.

Not a big fan of carbonated beverages as I have an acid reflux. If I’m thirsty I’d rather drink plain purified water.

Me too and the experience is not nice. Good thing espresso is a good counter agent for hungovers when taken together with Tylenol.

I felt better from drinking Gatorade for those electrolytes. A coworker thought I was literal high because my eyes were red.

Well alcohol makes you dehydrated and Gatorade replenishes lost fluids and electrolytes. When people ask me why my eyes are red, I often just say allergies. People tend to freak out with red eyes thinking it’s a contagious eye infection like conjunctivitis.
