I should point out that a pair of 290X's in an H440 is a bad time.

I have dual 290s in a 330R... as long as there not under too bad of load its all good. I do have max amount of fans at 100% all the time though...

Whats so bad about Corsair's RM series? I've got an RM750 and I absolutely LOVE it! On paper the RM series is bad...but it's not - you hear all these horror stories about them breaking after 2 weeks of use, but half of the time they're just exaggerated and it was something else that caused them to fail.
