New steering wheel, new stick, new stereo, speakers, etc, etc.

You can never go wrong with welding the doors shut and crawling out the window like a baddass either.

EDIT: What's your budget? And are you looking purely for aesthetic interior upgrades? Or performance as well?

You should sell it... to me

For this car I'd say clean it, service it and drive it.

Look for a replacement interior in good condition

I'd get it serviced then, 9 years worth of build up, restore it if needs be, might be worth a bit few years down the line if its in great condition :)

Give it a martini racing paintjob.

Seriously, replace the radio, carpets, wheel and gearstick. Also, check if the wheels are in good order and if possible get them cleaned up and refurbed at a specialist.

Yeah but seat covers keep the seats even more nice over time. And like other users have said, if it was sitting for 9 years, it definitely should be serviced. Even if it was started regularly

yeah the car has been in a garage for 9 years. it started almost immediately though. i let it run for 20 min

seats are in excellent condition actually.

Now that i'm not on my phone i'll write some more stuff.

1.If the car has been sitting for a long while it's a good idea to change the oil.

Check that it's got a good amount in the engine. Let it warm up a bit. and then change it.

2. Mold is a big problem with cars that have been sitting for a while. Have a good look and in some cases you can smell it.

That stuff will screw with your lungs so it's not to be taken lightly.

3. Give it a good clean and take some pics for the car thread. (I like looking at these older front engine porsches. Hopefully getting a 944 turbo in a few years)

4. Get it up on jack stands and have a look underneath. Most people forget to check if the undercoating is alright/ check for rust.

5. Injector cleaner. Not sure about gas from 9 years ago. But the ethanol content in modern gas will make the inside of the fuel system look like it's been on the bottom of a lake for a few years..

6. Have a good look at the engine. Check if anything is getting bad (Belts, Bearings etc) You can usually hear if anything is getting bad.

7. Haynes manual. You might already have one. But if you don't you should consider it^^ they are lifesavers.

In terms of mods i'd personally go for a nice exhaust to let that turbocharged four banger growl a bit more^^

You could either paint the dash (Sometimes it works with specialized paint) Or change it if you want to.

New battery is a good idea if you are changing the sound system.

That's all i can come up with right now. Good luck with your porsche  ;)

Rip out the interior, drop in a couple of bucket seats, weld in some 5 point harnesses and hit the road! Plenty of engine mods for you to do but they are all expensive.
